M/V Alaska Law sponsors local girls’ soccer team

Here at our office in Anchorage, we strive to be a winning team. We understand the value of working together as a unit to best serve our clients and also realize that competition in our market is healthy for our firm.

By using this knowledge and experience, we tried to find a way to help the community that would instill the values of teamwork and respect. Doing so led us to quite an exciting opportunity: sponsoring a local soccer team.

The chance to sponsor a girls’ soccer team, a squad of five- and six-year-olds, is a great opportunity for the firm, and we hope for these children, as well. The team, part of the Boys & Girls Club of Alaska, plays during the summer months of the year.

It gives us all at Law Office of Jennifer Messick Law a great feeling when we see those jerseys running up and down the field, our firm’s name printed in white on the front.

Although we are able to play a small part in providing a healthy, skill-building, and interactive activity for these girls, more credit should be given to the Boys & Girls Club of Alaska. The work they do enables children across the states to participate in athletics, while also helping them reach their full potential by providing a safe and friendly environment.

At Law Office of Jennifer Messick, we are so thankful for opportunities to support our community, be it through athletics or other means. We are proud members of the Anchorage family, and want to play our part in making Alaska a great place to grow up.
