Law Office of Jennifer Messick Law, a law firm based in Anchorage, Alaska, recently sponsored a local girls’ soccer team in an effort to support athletics and healthy child development in the community.
The team, part of the Boys & Girls Club of Alaska soccer league, is composed of four and five-year-old girls. The teams’ colors are pink and white, with “Law Office of Jennifer Messick Law” in white letters printed on the front of the jersey.
“We understand all the life lessons athletics can teach children, especially at a young age. By sponsoring the team, we are thrilled to help provide these girls with an opportunity to participate in a healthy, safe, skill-building activity. The Boys & Girls Club of Alaska does so much for youth in our community, and we want to help in any way we can,” said Fred Valdez, a lawyer at Law Office of Jennifer Messick Law.
The soccer league plays throughout the summer months and is just one of the many athletic opportunities offered to Anchorage youth by the Boys & Girls’ Club of Alaska.
